Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of iQ Assistant and related client-care tools operated by Tully Services Inc. By using iQ Assistant or opting in to related texts, you agree to these Terms.
The service
iQ Assistant is a client-care program used by Andrew Anderson’s agency to keep existing business clients updated on their requests, approvals, and account notices through the Client Hub portal and, when opted in, transactional text messages.
iQ Assistant is not a marketing or promotional texting program. We do not use it to solicit prospects or purchased lists.
Who may use it
Access is intended for current clients and authorized contacts of those clients. You agree to provide accurate contact information and to keep login credentials confidential.
Text messaging
If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, you may receive recurring automated transactional texts from iQ Assistant about your requests, approvals, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS / Texting Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or interfere with other clients’ use of the system.
Intellectual property
iQ Assistant, related software, and branding remain the property of Tully Services Inc. or its licensors. You may use the service only as provided under these Terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery of texts depends on carriers and networks outside our full control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tully Services Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of iQ Assistant. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no such fees apply.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
